Our famous chicken wings are one of our go-to favorites. You can stick with the regular, crispy deep fried wings, deep fried wings dipped in sauce, jerk wings, or smoked wings. 

Jerk is an island spice that is a comingling of sweet, savory, and spicy spices. 

Jerk chicken is boneless skinless dark meat marinated in jerk seasoning and grilled. 

Jerk pork is a pork shoulder marinated in jerk seasoning and grilled. 

When it comes to chicken, in addition to wings, we have fried chicken and baked chicken to offer up if you like a variety of options: breast, legs, thighs, and wings. 

Seasoned center cut pork chops, battered in flour, and pan fried. Gravy can be served on the side by request. 

Fresh salmon seasoned in a variety of spices and baked. Cajun season available if specified. 

Spaghetti is a family favorite dish. In our spaghetti, we combine the noodles with sauce and top it with a mix of cheeses. Sauce options include ground beef, ground turkey, or vegetables. 

Catfish fillets battered in seasoned corn meal and deep fried. 

Classic elbow macaroni noodles in a creamy cheese sauce, baked to create a cheesy, golden crust on top. 

A combination of fresh salad greens with a mix of fresh chopped veggies. Served with a variety of classic dressings. 

Tri-color rotini, mixed with fresh chopped vegetables, cheese*, and a savory dressing. 

*Request no cheese for a vegan option. 

Hand peeled and cut yams baked in a sweet glaze. 

Fresh chopped cabbage that is seasoned and sauteed. 

Green beans are seasoned and steamed. 

Fresh collard greens seasoned with smoked turkey and slow cooked until they are tender. 

We have various rice dishes including white rice, red beans and rice, black beans and rice, seasoned rice, and jambalaya.

Our creamy macaroni and cheese rolled into balls, tossed in bread crumbs, and  deep fried. 

Chopped spinach, seasoned, mixed with cheese and spices, and formed into balls and baked. 

Fresh baked Salmon, flaked, mixed with seasonings and spices, and baked. 

Combination of ground turkey and ground beef meatballs, seasoned, baked, and covered in a teriyaki glaze. 

Ground beef or ground turkey sliders, seasoned, and topped with onions and cheese. 

This sweet and tart traditional delicacy is a customer favorite. Peaches with a flaky crust in a peachy sweet syrup. 

Add a little sweetness to your event with one of our rich and moist cakes. Start of with a traditional pound cake, or add a splash of rum with our signature rum cake. 

Try one of our delectable pies. Freshly made sweet potato pie or the syrupy sweet holiday favorite, pecan pie. 

A classic favorite of mixed berries, homemade whipped cream with a crunch cookie crust.
