Catering Order Policy

We are currently only accepting catering inquiries for parties of 30 or more.
All catering inquiries must be submitted a minimum of 21 days prior to the scheduled pick up/drop off of the order.
Orders must be finalized a minimum of 7 days prior to the scheduled pick up/drop off of the order. No changes may be made to the order after this time.
Orders must be paid in full via electronic invoice a minimum of 7 days prior to the scheduled pick up/drop off of the order or the order will be canceled.
You must cancel your order no later than 72 hours prior to scheduled pick up/drop off of the order to receive a refund. Orders canceled later than 72 hours prior to pick up will result in a forfeiture of all payments received.
Prior to the order being finalized, Welton Street Cafe reserves the right to negotiate the scheduled day and time for pick up/drop off of the catering order based on staffing availability.
Tax-exempt organizations must furnish proof of tax-exempt status prior to final billing of the order.
For delivery orders only. To ensure a smooth delivery and set up, please do the following: designate a contact person for the day of delivery, provide clear drop off directions and/or designate someone to meet our staff, be ready to provide necessary support to our staff in delivering/setting up the order, have a clear and designated space for the order to be delivered or set up.
